The only program designed to help coaches, therapists, and practitioners use applied
neurology
to create lasting client transformation — and truly set yourself apart in your field of practice.

Our nervous system is NOT a passive player in our lives…
It’s the driving force behind our behavior, relationship dynamics, resilience to stress, and is deeply patterned by our past experiences.
Imagine mastering the knowledge, framework, and key tools to not only understand these patterns, but know how to re-pattern them to transform how you and your clients navigate the world — through the power of neuroplasticity and intentional nervous system training.
THAT IS WHAT NEUROSOMATIC INTELLIGENCE OFFERS.
Our mission is to equip success-driven coaches, therapists, and practitioners like you with practical, actionable, science-based tools to optimize brain function, re-pattern the nervous system, increase stress resilience, and be deeply trauma-informed.
If you're inspired to break new ground in your practice and guide your clients towards authentic living with neurosomatic techniques tailored to their unique needs, all while revolutionizing the obsolete mental health model...
NSI will give you everything you need to lead the charge.
i know why you're here.
Right now, you've hit a wall in your
practice and leadership.
You’ve gotten amazing results for your clients and LOVE what you do, but you’ve reached a point where it feels like you could help your clients go even further, but something vital is missing.
It's true, something is missing:
Working with the nervous system to heal stress response patterns and dysregulation at the root level.
In recent years, the nervous system has become *the* focal point of the personal development and mental health landscapes, and for good reason.
If you’re not currently using the nervous system to improve brain function, not only are you not reaching the full potential of what you could help your clients achieve, you’re also putting yourself as a practitioner on the fast-track to burnout (to pour into others constantly, you must have the tools to fill your own cup and expand your capacity).
Neurosomatic Intelligence Coaching equips you with the evidence-based, effective tools and the neuro-knowledge you need to move beyond the analytical to a body- and brain-based, trauma-informed practice — a practice that will produce radically different client outcomes, and completely redefine the efficacy of your work.
Are you ready to break out of the current plateau you feel confined to and start creating more meaningful and lasting change for your clients and yourself — backed by science?

to go
beyond —
You want to go beyond your current threshold to create a BIG impact, but you simply haven’t known how to — until now. This program and certification will give you everything you need.
It’s time for you to become a more powerful and effective coach, therapist or practitioner, learn from trailblazing experts, and join a community of nervous-system based practitioners that are shifting the paradigm of healing, expansion and growth.

I found a crucial piece missing in understanding how the body influences the brain's interpretation of events."
"While I had explored somatics, the NSI approach took my understanding to a deeper, more expansive level.
The insights into the nervous system have profoundly reshaped my perspective on personal burnout and how my clients are impacted by our work together. This framework offers a more effective way to understand how our systems process information, tap into our nervous system's inherent resources, and measure what effectively settles and integrates the brain-body connection.
I’m passionate about sharing these transformative tools and this comprehensive framework with underserved communities and collaborating with other practitioners as an educator to broaden the reach of these powerful techniques."

With The Neurosomatic Intelligence Certification, you will:
The key to the thriving success you deeply desire for your clients and yourself is the nervous system.
…because the nervous system is the foundation of it all: life, health, energy, and vitality.

Everything you’ve ever felt or done has been a result of brain and nervous system activity.
At the most fundamental level, your brain’s activation signals, neural pathways, and firing patterns determine who you have been, and, more crucially, who you will become.
Because all behaviors are based on brain activation and nervous system regulation, without the ability to skillfully guide and rehabilitate the nervous system, you are missing a fundamental opportunity to effect and drive human change in a positive direction.
The Neurosomatic Intelligence Certification is a 6-month ICF accredited course for coaches, therapists, and practitioners that will walk you through a clear and comprehensive roadmap on how to use applied neurology to create REAL change for yourself and your clients, and grow a flourishing practice that you love and makes a BIG impact in the world.
You deserve not just to survive, but thrive as a coach, therapist, or healer — the same way you want your clients to.
In this program, you’ll learn how to understand what the nervous system is communicating, and effectively shape the story it’s telling…
This isn’t just becoming the central axis that today’s mental health and personal development work is beginning to revolve around, it’s the future of both industries.
If you want to experience more pleasure, fun, fulfillment and joy in your own life and career, and get ahead of the game to achieve a higher level of visibility, income and recognition as an expert in serving your client base, this certification is for you.
This program will bring you a greater sense of agency in your healing and purpose in your work than ever before — and it’s going to revolutionize the way you show up and lead.

When you enroll, this is what’s waiting for you…
A life of ease, presence, and choice instead of burnout, dissociation, and people-pleasing is within your reach when you understand how to communicate with and rehabilitate the nervous system.

coaching certification
A program you can't get anywhere else.![]()
not another fluffy, overpriced coaching certification —
Neurosomatics will change your life, as evidenced by science *and* the glowing testimonials from HUNDREDS of students we’re deeply honored to have shared this work with.
our unparalleled curriculum

Module 1:
Build the foundation for understanding the nervous system through an applied, whole-system lens. You will learn how NSI integrates neuroscience, somatics, sensory processing and functional assessment, and begin developing the core practitioner skill of assessing how a person responds to different inputs rather than relying on one-size-fits-all protocols.
You will also learn the NSI assessment process, establish baselines and begin identifying supportive inputs that can improve capacity for learning, adaptation and change.
Module 2:
Learn how recovery, metabolic resources and sensory input influence nervous system capacity. You will explore the neuroscience of rest, sleep, respiration, autonomic function and recovery, along with practical strategies for helping clients build the resources needed for deeper nervous system work.
This module establishes an essential principle of NSI: the nervous system's ability to adapt depends partly on the resources available to meet the demand being placed on it.
Module 3:
Discover how the brain uses past experience, sensory input and context to make predictions that shape perception, emotion, behavior and belief. You will learn how these experiences become linked within neural networks, or neurotags, and why familiar patterns can continue even when we consciously want something different.
This module gives you a practical way to map those patterns and work with multiple entry points for change across the brain, body and nervous system.
Module 4:
Develop a more nuanced understanding of fight, flight, freeze, shutdown and fawn responses without reducing complex human experiences to simple nervous system labels.
You will explore the neural, sensory and physiological processes involved in protective responding and learn how to assess what may be contributing to a person's current state. You will also begin building a daily nervous system training practice designed to improve sensory processing, adaptability and capacity over time.
Module 5:
Learn how to support emotional processing in a way that feels more accessible, individualized and grounded in the body. You will explore how emotions are shaped by sensation, past experience and nervous system state, then learn practical ways to build self-attunement and emotional capacity without overwhelming the system.
This is especially valuable for practitioners working with clients who struggle to identify what they are feeling, feel disconnected from their bodies or become overwhelmed by traditional somatic approaches.
Module 6:
Learn how chronic stress can shape reactivity and what happens when demands exceed available capacity. Explore anger as an important protective response, along with proprioception, spatial awareness and nervous system training that can help us better sense our limits, honor what the body is communicating and create more choice in how we respond.
This module offers practical strategies for reducing chronic stress while building greater capacity for challenge.
Module 7:
Module 8:
Explore how nervous system patterns influence the way we experience, interpret and relate to the body.
You will examine the gut-brain axis, vagal afferent signaling, visual health, body awareness, pleasure and sensory experience while developing practical approaches for helping clients build greater connection with their physical experience. The focus shifts from simply changing nervous system states toward developing a more supportive and adaptive relationship with the body itself.
Module 9:
Examine how nervous system patterns can shape identity, self-perception and the way we relate to ourselves.
You will explore shame, the inner critic, imposter experiences, self-referential processing and the neuroscience of self-compassion. You will learn how body state, prediction and personal narrative can reinforce one another and how neurosomatic tools can help create greater capacity for self-reflection, discernment and new ways of responding to ourselves.
Module 10:
Move from the individual nervous system into the relational nervous system.
You will explore attachment patterns as learned neural predictions, the science of co-regulation, social threat and safety, relational stress and the powerful ways nervous systems influence one another. You will also work with voice, boundaries, synchrony and relational tool stacks to help clients develop greater capacity for connection, collaboration and more aligned relationships.
Module 11:
Understand why familiar behaviors can be so difficult to change, even when we know what we want to do differently. Explore addiction, reward learning, dopamine, avoidance, habit formation and the ways the nervous system can learn to rely on certain behaviors for relief, predictability or reward.
You will learn why willpower is often not enough for lasting change and how to use targeted tool stacks to support urges, discomfort, new actions and recovery after setbacks. This module brings the NSI framework into the process of repatterning behavior and turning insight into sustainable change.
Module 12:
Explore what happens when growth asks us to become more visible, take meaningful risks and expand the way we show up in our work and relationships. You will examine the nervous system demands of visibility, self-expression, leadership and increased responsibility, along with the social threat and uncertainty that can come with being seen.
Learn how to build the capacity to stay connected, grounded and responsive as your impact expands, while integrating the full NSI framework into a flexible approach you can carry into your work with clients, communities and your own continued growth.
How It Works
with NSI faculty including 90-120 minutes of recorded lecture and 30 minutes of pre-lecture tools and concepts organized for self-study. Each lecture is designed to complement a corresponding program module and teach the neuroscience of what is happening in the brain, nervous system, and body for that specific module topic, as well as break down the applied neurology tools and somatic practices to begin to repattern.

Neurosomatic Intelligence Training is approved for 40 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
We are happy to provide you with the course outline, course objectives, and references to submit to your credentialing board. It has previously been approved in this fashion for physical therapy CEUs.

This program is for you if...
You’re a coach, therapist, or a healer (somatic, medical, or movement practitioner) who wants to learn to work with the nervous system to create change in the brain (and therefore lasting behavior change)
You have an already established practice and think of yourself as a super curious human who is fiercely dedicated to your education and expanding your capacity to serve not only your clients at a deeper level… but your greater community
You’ve wanted to bring either neuro or somatics into your work for a while but you don’t resonate with a lot of the traditional programs and approaches
You love the idea of having a practical, actionable, science-based personal nervous system daily hygiene routine — and developing the understanding required to be able to help clients find their high-payoff tools
You’ve experienced stress or burnout in the past from not getting the change with clients they want, and/or from feeling like you’re not doing enough and overserving
You want to leave your current job and do something more meaningful, or you want to build your career/business to drive more impact
You desire to deeply understand neuroscience but don’t want to go back to school because that model feels outdated
You work with (or would like to be capable of working with) PTSD and heavy trauma and are looking for a way to bridge the gap between mind and bodywork to create a holistic healing practice with consistent outcomes
You want to help their clients beyond cognitive therapy or mindset coaching but don’t know enough about the nervous system to do that safely
You’re interested in learning a framework for nervous system training that’s neuroscience-based as opposed to just “somatic” (and you’re ready to discover how to rehabilitate the nervous system to make things like somatic experiencing and emotional processing actually SAFE for yourself and your clients)
You dream of helping your clients connect to their healing journeys in a more powerful, integrated way, bringing them back into their bodies, and watching them transform and thrive beyond what they ever could have initially imagined

A Note From the Founder:
"As an Applied Neurology and Somatics practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry, I'm passionate about helping others. I'm also a high Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) score individual, so I deeply understand the complexities of navigating healing, personal development, business growth, and relationships with a nervous system that is primed for protection.
For many years, my life looked good on the outside. I was a successful entrepreneur — engaged, well-educated — but underneath, I was living in a state of constant dysregulation, cycling through periods of overdoing and crashing with exhaustion. I was binge eating, battling autoimmune issues, and deeply entrenched in workaholism. Through my neuroeducation, my nervous system gradually began to change, and as it did, I reconnected with my body. I experienced presence and began to re-pattern my behaviors.
I have also deeply cared for many people with high levels of complex trauma. I’ve seen firsthand the shortcomings of mental and medical health systems when practitioners lack an understanding of how the nervous system works. I've watched loved ones grapple with addiction, develop cancer, and pass away far too soon.
Applied neurology and neurosomatic tools are not the only ways to re-pattern trauma, but they are among the most effective, customizable, and safe methods to rewire the nervous system. They build resilience and help mitigate the health and behavioral consequences we all face from chronic stress, developmental trauma, systemic oppression, or even old injuries and neurodivergent sensory processing."

"We believe everyone deserves to understand their brain and nervous system—how to use and work with them to create positive adaptations and overcome limitations caused by stress. By equipping more practitioners, coaches, and mental health professionals with these tools and this framework, we hope to collectively increase understanding and empower people to become the experts of their own nervous systems, gaining agency over their lives.
Nervous system regulation is more than just a buzzword. This program isn’t a quick fix or a templated solution; it’s an education in neuroscience and a toolkit for re-patterning through sensory processing. By harnessing the power of neuroplasticity through repetition and intentional training, you can create profound change beyond the cognitive level.
Over time, NSI has grown into a beautiful community of incredible and diverse practitioners that I am incredibly proud to be a part of, and I'm really glad you're here."
